Evoqua DI Gard String Wound prefiltration cartridges are designed for a variety of prefiltration applications such as SDI (service or portable deionization), reverse osmosis, and CDI (Continuous Deionization) Systems. FCPX filters are constructed of Polypropylene string wound over a polypropylene core. Filters have a large void volume design for low-cost, reliable filtration performance with high contaminant holding capacity. Surfactant-free FCPX style filter meets USP Class VI Biological Tests for Plastics requirements.
